The Energy Technology Assistance Program (ETAP) accelerated the adoption of three advanced energy efficiency technologies in California.
To achieve this goal ETAP provided:
- Technical support
- Economic feasibility analysis
- Implementation assistance
- Rebates
- Workforce training
More than 100 local government-agencies and public educational institutions took advantage of free ETAP services, which were available from August 2010 through April 2012.
